The DCRPLA has now instituted a flat rate membership fee of $80 yearly. This fee was voted in at the yearly membership meeting in June and covers use of both the Upper and Lower Lakes, as well as camping, swimming, and fishing. Park dues may be mailed to:

We paid in Feb. of this year, and never received a park card....?
